Job Details
The Administrative Assistant acts as a liaison between field operations
and office personnel. Is proficient in all aspects of data entry,
paperwork tracking and reporting, & well versed in using
spreadsheets. Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the
efficient operation of the office.
Essential Functions
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, etc.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
- Handle inquiries and incoming work requests
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages
- Type documents and correspondence
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Keep office area neat and tidy
- Data entry such as create, update and manage spreadsheets
- Works with Foreman to meet customers’ needs
- Work log and crew work schedule entry
- Inventory tracking and field paperwork distribution to and from the field
- Coordinates necessary street repairs

Qualifications
**Education**
