We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant who is passionate about customer service and will thrive in this dynamic and fast paced role. This is a fantastic
opportunity to join a vibrant and exciting team. You must be an energetic and organised with the ability to prioritise. Working as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Data entry and maintenance of internal systems and databases
• Reviewing spread sheets from Lenders and updating systems with new data
• Accounting related duties- bank deposits, light collections, checking of invoices & bills
• Processing invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents
• Entering data information into a computer system
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Superior organisation and prioritisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Be highly motivated with a positive “can do “attitude
• Excellent customer service attitude needs
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
