Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic, hard working and motivated Part Time Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate have strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, We'll provide full training and support to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff
• Perform related admin duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing
• Provide general administrative including mailing, scanning
• Maintain office supplies for department
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
