Job Summary:
We are looking for Part Time People to join our team on a full-time basis. We provide great ongoing career opportunities and offer a flexible working environment. This role is expected to be required for between 4-5 days and can be discussed with suitable candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Records management; file & document management, mail system coordination
• Financial administration; collation of information for budgets and reports
• Maintain assets register, assist with annual stocktakes, etc.
• Arrange meetings, conferences and other functions
• Provide administrative and program support
• Other administrative duties as required
SKILLS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
• Experience of 1 year in data entry role
• Must be extremely computer & internet savvy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail – This skill is paramount to the job
• Demonstrated and collaborative team-oriented approach
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach are essential for this role
