As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for donor inquiries and supporter communications. Working closely with our Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our core values of integrity, empathy, and service excellence. This role blends customer service, nonprofit communications, data management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships
  • Draft and deliver donor acknowledgment messages, updates, and communications
  • Support planning and execution of community events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in CRM systems
  • Create and manage reports, track engagement metrics, and assist with performance insights
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and priorities across internal teams
  • Identify areas to streamline support processes and enhance donor satisfaction
  • Stay informed about nonprofit and donor engagement best practices
