As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for donor inquiries and supporter communications. Working closely with our Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our core values of integrity, empathy, and service excellence. This role blends customer service, nonprofit communications, data management, and community engagement.
