JOB OUTLINE
EnGlobe Group are looking for an individual whom is mature-minded and responsible and can commit to long-term arrangement. Immediate start is a Must! Candidate must have some experience in data entry/marketing field! They will also help with miscellaneous functions around the office, such as errands, statistic-tracking, and anything else needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create & manage spreadsheets, documents, templates
• Review, communicate, and follow up on all product/service complaints
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain office organization
• Maintain and correct errors in our data management system
• Perform data entry of files and analysis of records
• Entering data and performing database activities
Mandatory requirements:
• Background in Marketing or Administrative experience is an asset
• Must be detail oriented; work with little supervision and the ability to meet deadlines
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must Adaptability to a growing and changing environment
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative positions
