Job Summary:
We are currently looking for Part Time Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, be highly accurate and numerate, and keen to progress, we will provide you full support, training.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Maintaining customer database integrity; daily statistical and customer service data management
• Producing accurate customer invoices on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Tracking, managing and validating data across systems
• Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries
• Performs data entry for various databases
• Performs other admin duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed:
• A strong level of organisational, time management
• Previous similar position experience is essential
• High level typing speeding and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills
