Primary Duties and Functions:
• Data entry and maintenance of internal systems and databases
• Reviewing spread sheets from Lenders and updating systems with new data
• Accounting related duties- bank deposits light collections checking of invoices & bills
• Processing invoices credit notes and other accounting documents
• Entering data information into a computer system
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Skills and qualifications are:
• 1-2 year's experience within an administrative support role
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Microsoft Outlook
• Energetic proactive approach to work and the ability to self-motivate
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail
