WorkThread has an immediate need for a Data Entry and Office Assistant at our Los Angeles Location.

Are you an all rounder great with figures passionate about Administrative Positions and have a high attention to detail who will enjoy working in a Sales and Marketing based environment in USA? An opportunity has become available for Data Entry Clerk. If you a highly motivated team player with a "Can Do" attitude then this is for you!! Join us.

Primary Duties and Functions:

  • Data entry and maintenance of internal systems and databases
  • Reviewing spread sheets from Lenders and updating systems with new data
  • Accounting related duties- bank deposits light collections checking of invoices & bills
  • Processing invoices credit notes and other accounting documents
  • Entering data information into a computer system
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications are:

  • 1-2 year's experience within an administrative support role
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Energetic proactive approach to work and the ability to self-motivate
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
