Job Summary:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and customer focused individual to work on a permanent full-time basis, This position is 5 days per week but will require someone who can increase their work days and hours without hesitation if required, and who has a positive, engaging personality. Your extremely proactive approach and ability to multi-task will ensure your success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
• General reception, telephone, word processing, data processing, payroll handling functions
• Provide first line welcoming and confidential customer service and enquiry
• Maintaining customers files in line with data protection requirements
• Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of the organisation
• Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Performs other duties as assigned
Experience and knowledge:
• Excellent customer service skills
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role
• Experience working productively within teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with a can-do attitude
• High level competency with Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Effective understanding of Quality Standards and quality and safety systems
