Job Description
Clerical positions needed to handle administrative tasks for general office. The ideal candidate for this job is a quick learner, goal-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized. Must have strong customer service and multitasking skills to handle incoming phone calls, greet and assist customers, and to support office team.
Clerical responsibilities include
Answering all incoming calls
Greeting and directing clients
Responding to questions and requests for information
Generating and responding to incoming emails
Creating and maintaining reports using Word and Excel
Other duties as needed
