Job Summary:

We have an energetic, positive and rapidly growing team and we are looking for Data Entry & Administrative Officer that’s interested in working for us. This is a full-time role and you’ll enjoy being part of our family like, driven and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 • Organize office samples
 • Continue to keep our system updated
 • Daily reports and inventory spot-checks
 • Performs data entry for various databases
 • Office duties such as answering phones, filing, opening mail
 • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties

Skills & Experience:

 • Highly organised
 • Strong attention to detail
 • Ability to work autonomously
 • Flexibility with working hours
 • 1 years experience in similar role
 • Exceptional customer service skills
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 • Good computer skills & data entry ability (word, excel & outlook)
